UGN’s R&D staff conducts cutting edge research and ongoing benchmarking activities for new product materials and production processes. The result of this dedicated work allows UGN to lead the industry in product performance. As a cross-functional group, UGN’s team of noise control and interior trim specialists assist and support customers with products from initial concept to final production. New products currently represent more than 75 percent of UGN’s product portfolio.
